APHELELE HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd, simply referred to as APHELELE HOLDINGS is a Projects & Corporate Training Consultancy that offers a wide variety of deliverables and learning programmes to its clientele.

The company currently offers non-accredited programmes whilst awaiting accreditation from Services SETA. The programmes currently being offered are targeted at both the young as well as adults, and to suit this target group, APHELELE HOLDINGS follows a system of blended learning.

We specialize in Training and Human Capital Development, for both management and technical skills. In addition to the extensive industrial experience in human resources, learning and development management, we have a pool of registered experts in our faculty specializing in specific areas that serve organizations of numerous industries.

Ian Ambrick

CEO, Managing Partner & Shareholder

Environmental Health Sciences Background

Mr Ian Ambrick is a cadre in the commerce industry, with an early career in marketing. He holds a degree in Marketing Management, which makes him a subject matter expert in all commercial training interventions.

He has remarkable experience in the Training industry which spans for over 8 years, registered with more than 5 ETQA bodies as an assessor and moderator. His Outcomes Based Education (OBE) experience is exceptional and spoken for by his references.

Moreover, he also has an Environmental Health Sciences background, which he has used in line with Water and Sanitation national training interventions.

Audrey Chijaka

Client Coordination

Audrey oversees the administrative functions and ensures smooth operations across all training programs and client engagements at Aphelele Holdings.

With extensive experience in corporate administration and training coordination, she manages logistics, scheduling, and client communications to ensure seamless service delivery.

Her expertise in documentation and compliance ensures that all training programs meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

We have AgriSETA accreditation for all agricultural training programmes including Animal Production, Plant Production, and Technical Skills training.

Services SETA Accreditation Pending

We currently offer non-accredited programmes whilst awaiting accreditation from Services SETA for corporate training interventions.

QCTO Application in Process

We are in the process of acquiring accreditation with QCTO (Qualifications Council for Trades and Occupations).

ETQA Registered Assessors & Moderators

Our leadership is registered with more than 5 ETQA bodies as assessors and moderators, ensuring quality training delivery.

Note: We provide all accredited training in partnership with accredited training providers while pursuing our own accreditation with relevant SETAs and QCTO.
